Terms of Service

We sell, install and service residential water treatment equipment, including water softeners, whole-home filtration systems and reverse osmosis drinking water systems, in San Antonio and surrounding Texas areas. Availability of any specific system, promotion or service area may change without notice.

Free water tests and quote requests are offered with no obligation to purchase. Prices shown on this site are estimates for typical homes and are not a binding offer. A firm price is provided in writing after we evaluate your water, plumbing and installation location. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so in writing.

You agree to provide safe access to the installation area, accurate information about your plumbing and water supply, and any required permission from a property owner or HOA. Installations are performed by licensed personnel in accordance with applicable Texas plumbing codes. Pre-existing plumbing conditions, corroded pipes or code violations discovered during work may require additional repairs at additional cost, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Payment is due as described in your written agreement or invoice. Where financing is offered, terms are set by the third-party lender and subject to their approval and agreement. You may cancel a scheduled appointment at any time by calling us. Cancellation and refund rights for a signed purchase agreement, including any legally required right to cancel, are set out in that agreement.

Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms, including required registration and maintenance. We separately warrant our installation workmanship as stated in your agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, freezing, water pressure or chemistry outside the equipment's rated range, unauthorized modification, or failure to perform routine maintenance such as adding salt or replacing filters. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas. We may update these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date shows the most recent revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the change.
